PROVIDER_ERROR
Provider error: An upstream liquidity provider returned an error or an unusable response.
| HTTP status | Retry |
|---|---|
502 |
with backoff |
Where it comes from: Any endpoint that calls a provider. Per provider in QuoteResponse.errors; top-level for POST /v1/orders, POST /v1/orders/submit and status.
Causes#
- The provider's API returned a 4xx/5xx that has no more specific mapping.
- Network failure between LayerHop and the provider.
- For
POST /v1/orders/submit: Jupiter refused to execute the signed transaction (for example the quote's price moved).
How to fix#
- Retry with exponential backoff.
- For submit failures, request a new quote and sign again.
- Quote
requestIdwhen reporting a persistent failure.
