# Get help

> Where to ask questions and report bugs: GitHub issues on the SDK repositories, dev@layerhop.com, and what to include so we can help fast.

Source: https://docs.layerhop.com/help

For SDK bugs and feature requests, open an issue on the SDK's GitHub repository. For anything else, including API errors and partner questions, email dev@layerhop.com. Check the [FAQ](/faq), the [error reference](/errors) and the [status page](/guides/status-and-monitoring) first: most problems are answered there.

## Where do I report an SDK bug?

Open an issue on the repository of the SDK you use. Include the SDK version, a minimal snippet, and the `requestId` from the error if there is one.

| SDK | Issues |
|---|---|
| TypeScript, React, widget, CLI, MCP | [layerhop/layerhop-js](https://github.com/layerhop/layerhop-js/issues) |
| Python | [layerhop/layerhop-python](https://github.com/layerhop/layerhop-python/issues) |
| Go | [layerhop/layerhop-go](https://github.com/layerhop/layerhop-go/issues) |
| Rust | [layerhop/layerhop-rust](https://github.com/layerhop/layerhop-rust/issues) |

## How do I contact LayerHop?

Email [dev@layerhop.com](mailto:dev@layerhop.com). For an API problem, include the `requestId` from the error body (or the `x-request-id` response header), the endpoint, and the `quoteId` or transaction hash. Never send an API key, a private key or a seed phrase: we will never ask for them.

Security issues go to **security@layerhop.com**, not to a public issue.

## Can I debug without waiting for an answer?

- Reproduce the request in the [API playground](/playground) with an `lh_test_` key, or offline with [`layerhop dev`](/guides/local-development).
- Look the error code up in the [error reference](/errors): each page lists causes and fixes.
- Your [dashboard](/guides/dashboard-and-api-keys) shows the request log and webhook deliveries for your keys.
